Qualifications

• Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family, and group counseling using trauma-informed and culturally responsive methods for youth and families.
• Assist caregivers in navigating systems to promote access to resources and supports.
• Empower caregivers with skills and strategies to support their child’s behavioral health needs.
• Create care plans and interventions to support growth for clients.
• Promote and strengthen family supports to foster a welcoming community.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
• Respect clients' rights, with a focus on cultural competency.
• Coordinate with community-based organizations to provide services.
