Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and implement treatment programs for children/adolescents and families.
• Provide direct in-home therapy to 5-6 families for up to 16 weeks.
• Document weekly therapy sessions and assessments in EMR.
• Complete documentation to assess family/child needs for service delivery accountability.
• Facilitate in-home therapy sessions without direct supervision.
• Provide weekly schedules to the Assistant Clinical Director.
• Present clinical assessments, goals, and progress at staff meetings.
• Collaborate with HR, schools, community services, and family court for treatment.
• Provide transportation to children and families when appropriate.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.
