Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - WNC seeks compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors in the Buncombe, Haywood, Henderson, and Transylvania counties. Positions include full-time and part-time roles with flexible scheduling and immediate pay options.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, providing companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation support. Prior experience is a plus, but training is provided, with paid training and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable and patient individuals are sought.
• Clear background and reference checks required or provided.
• Experience in caregiving is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and provide companionship.
• Provide emotional support and daily living reminders.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Offer transportation assistance and run errands as needed.
• Support with toileting and personal care as required.
