Job summary

Griswold Care Pairing of Chester and Lancaster County is seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers to register for ongoing opportunities in Chester and Lancaster Counties. Caregivers control their schedule and select assignments that fit their lives, with our office helping to match clients to your availability.

Positions are independent contractor roles; you will negotiate rates, typically $20.00 per hour for hourly care and $200.00 per day for live-in care, with pay negotiated based on care

Qualifications

• At least two years of caregiving experience.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for hourly caregivers; a valid state ID for live-in caregivers.
• Current car insurance for caregivers using a vehicle.
• Criminal background check and child abuse clearance.
• TB screening documentation: TB test, chest X-ray, or QuantiFERON-TB Gold test.

Responsibilities

• Caregivers registered with Griswold Care Pairing of Chester and Lancaster County are independent contractors.
• Registration does not guarantee an assignment or a specific number of hours.

A Little About Us

Griswold Care Pairing of Chester and Lancaster County connects seniors with caregivers who help them remain in the homes they love while receiving the assistance they need.

Caregivers on our registry are independent contractors who choose their assignments and set their availability. Tell us the days, hours, and locations you prefer, and our office will work to find clients whose needs match your requested schedule. Opportunities depend on client needs and availability, and you decide which assignments to accept.

We are looking for caregivers with a heart of gold who bring compassion, patience, and dependability to the people they care for.

Areas We Serve

We register caregivers to provide services throughout Chester and Lancaster Counties, including the following communities and surrounding areas:

Chester County: West Chester, Malvern, Berwyn, Devon, King of Prussia, Exton, Downingtown, Coatesville, Elverson, Honey Brook, Chester Springs, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Oxford, Avondale, Kennett Square, and Landenberg.

Lancaster County: Gap, New Holland, Lancaster, Morgantown, Quarryville, Willow Street, Millersville, Denver, Conestoga, and Peach Bottom.

Caregiver Requirements

• At least two years of caregiving experience
