Safe Hands Warm Hearts Inc. seeks compassionate Personal Care & Companionship staff to assist clients at home across Michigan. This hands-on role focuses on helping individuals maintain independence with dignity and reliability.

You will provide personal care, daily living assistance, mobility support, and safe transportation as needed. Successful candidates demonstrate empathy, dependability, and comfort with EVV clock-ins.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• 2+ years of home care experience preferred, but training will be provided.
• Background check will be conducted.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for GPS clock-ins (EVV).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and peri-care.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Support mobility and transfers, including range of motion exercises.
• Transport clients to appointments using your own vehicle when needed.
