Altra Homecare Group is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers, PCA, HHA, CNA, or individuals with no prior experience to support clients in their homes. You will perform essential personal care tasks, monitor wellbeing, assist with laundry, meals, mobility, and provide companionship, while documenting care and following privacy protocols.

• Possess a valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided

Responsibilities

• Assist with client laundry as needed
• Provide medication reminders
• Ensure client safety
• Report significant changes in the client's condition directly to their supervisor
• Prepare light meals and assist with client feeding when required
• Monitor and record client temperature
• Assist client's with ambulation
• Conduct range of motion exercises and other simple physical activities
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to care protocols
• Follow privacy policies and infection control guidelines
• Offer bathing assistance
• Perform light housekeeping
• Provide companion services, including letter-writing and reading
