Job summary

Home Matters Caregiving in Walhalla, SC is seeking a reliable caregiver to provide in‑home, client‑centered care for seniors and adults.

You will assist with ADLs, meal prep, light housekeeping and companionship, monitor safety, and follow care plans. Must be 21+, SC resident, with 1 year caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license, First Aid certification, and pass background and drug screening.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with weekly pay and opportunities for raises.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (home care or facility-based).
• Must reside in South Carolina.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• First Aid certification required per DHEC (paid training provided if needed).
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Able to meet the physical demands of caregiving, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
