Caretech is seeking a Part-Time Caregiver to provide compassionate in-home care in Nebraska. The role is about 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule and opportunities for training and growth.

Prior caregiving experience is welcome but not required, as we provide training and support to help you succeed. You will assist clients with daily activities, offer emotional support, and help maintain independence in the home.

What You'll Do

Every shift is an opportunity to make someone's day brighter!

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and everyday activities.
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.
• Help clients maintain their independence and remain safely in their homes.
• Follow care plans, document services accurately, and communicate changes or concerns.

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID.
• Reliable transportation and auto insurance when driving is required.
• Ability to pass required background screenings.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with transfers, gait belts, or Hoyer lifts is helpful.
