Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a compassionate Home Care Aide to deliver in-home support and transportation for clients in Illinois. You will work 1-on-1 with clients, assisting with daily activities, light housekeeping, meals, and accompanying them to appointments.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, active insurance, reliable transportation, and the ability to assist clients in and out of vehicles. We offer flexible schedules, benefits, and pay ranging from 18.75 to 21.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Eligibility: Valid driver’s license, active insurance, access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to drive clients of all mobility levels and assist in and out of vehicles.
• Dedication to professional development including state-required training.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 in-home support to clients.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and basic cleaning.
• Assist with personal activities (dressing, grooming, meals).
• Provide safe, timely transportation to errands, appointments, and outings.
