Job summary

2nd Family in North of Denver, Colorado seeks in-home Caregivers to provide compassionate, non-medical support in clients' homes. Earn $20/hour with flexible schedules, paid training, and PTO. RN Care Coordinators available for support, with mileage reimbursement and low-cost health coverage.

Responsibilities include helping with ADLs, companionship, mobility aid, light housekeeping, errands, and documenting activities per care plan. No CNA required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to complete paid training and competency validation.
• Reliable transportation preferred (mileage reimbursed when applicable).

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety supervision.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Run errands and accompany clients to appointments as outlined in the care plan.
• Complete required documentation and report changes in client condition.
