Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
• Provide meal preparation assistance including preparing meals, serving meals, cleaning prep areas, and assisting with eating.
• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and skin care.
• Perform housekeeping tasks: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, dusting, fridge cleaning, and dishwashing.
• Perform laundry tasks: washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothes; laundromat if needed.
• Assist with errands: grocery shopping, picking up medical supplies, post office runs, etc.
• Be reliable, punctual, and seldom absent from work.
