Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Must pass background check per state requirements.
• Must pass drug screen per state requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed (personal care, meal prep, housekeeping, laundry).
• Run errands and accompany patients to appointments when required.
• Provide safe, compassionate, and dependable home care to clients.
