Job summary

Visiting Angels of Lynchburg is seeking compassionate caregivers for full-time or part-time roles in the Lynchburg area. You will provide companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with daily living activities, including Alzheimer's/dementia care, to help seniors live safely at home.

We offer paid training, ongoing education, referral bonuses, and opportunities for career advancement. A PCA or Nursing certificate is required, and weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

PCA certificate or nursing certificate required to qualify for position.
Weekend availability preferred.
Valid driver's license and auto insurance if applicable.
Treat clients with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

Companionship and social interaction with clients.
Light housekeeping and meal preparation for clients.
Medication reminders and assistance with daily tasks.
Run errands and provide transportation to appointments.
Assist with activities of daily living and dementia care.
