Kore Cares is hiring part-time caregivers in Pierre, SD to provide personalized, one-on-one support to elderly individuals and people with disabilities in their homes.

Starting pay is $18–$22/hour, based on experience and qualifications, with paid training, travel time and mileage reimbursement, bonus opportunities, and chances for wage advancement. No CNA required; dependable, compassionate people are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Patient or client care experience preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
• Ability to safely perform the physical duties of the position.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proof of eligibility for employment in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Help with bathing, toileting, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Assist with walking, mobility, and transfers
• Support good skin care and encourage movement
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with range-of-motion activities as outlined in the care plan
• Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and clean up the kitchen
• Complete light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide companionship and socialization
• Provide transportation to appointments and outings
• Run errands such as grocery shopping and household shopping
• Maintain records of client condition and services provided
• Report changes in a client's condition to the agency office team
• Follow infection control and universal precaution practices
• Complete other duties outlined in the client's individualized care plan
