Better at Home is seeking a dependable, compassionate part-time caregiver to support a 69-year-old client living alone in Lawrence, Kansas. The role offers about 18 hours per week of in-home care, with responsibilities including daily living activities, personal care, meals, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, and companionship.

The caregiver will follow the individualized care plan, maintain client safety, and report changes as needed.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Dependable, punctual and respectful in care delivery.
• Compassionate, patient and client-centered approach.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Provide personal care assistance as needed.
• Assist with mobility and transfers when required.
• Prepare or assist with meals.
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
• Provide medication reminders as authorized.
• Provide companionship and general supervision.
• Support the client's independence and daily routine.
• Follow the care plan and safety procedures.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition or needs.
