Job summary

Amada Senior Care East Texas is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care to seniors, including veterans, with flexible part-time schedules and paid orientation.

Roles involve companionship, personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and errands within a 25-mile radius. Orientation is held at the Jasper, TX office and benefits include insurance, PTO, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years caregiving experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Willingness to travel within a 25-mile radius
• Ability to work with both male and female clients

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal care
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with mobility (walks, transfers, appointments)
• Meal planning and preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Observe and report unusual incidents
• Support clients with daily living activities
