access Abilities, Inc. in Ligonier, PA is seeking Direct Care Workers for part-time roles to support individuals in Home & Community services. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, meals, and personal care in home settings.

Flexible hours available; paid training provided. Prior caregiving experience is helpful but not required. Applicants must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and obtain necessary clearances.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull up to 40 lbs. without assistance and up to 200 lbs. with assistance (hoyer lift).
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances required.
• Paid training provided; prior experience as a direct care aide or home health aide is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with laundry, housekeeping, shopping and preparing meals; help with errands.
• Transfers from/to bed; bathing, dressing, grooming; assist with personal care and equipment use (wheelchairs, lifts, leg braces).
