Job summary

Home Instead is seeking an In Home Caregiver for the Palo Alto / Mountain View area. The role offers $20.50–$21.25 per hour and full-time hours.

You will support clients with companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping and personal care, using a leading caregiver app to stay connected with schedules and earnings. Benefits include sick leave accrual, paid training, and eligibility for medical/dental/vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience as caregiver preferred.
• Must meet compliance, license, or registration requirements.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
