Job summary

Caring for Others in Oregon is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide companionship, personal care, and light assistance to seniors in your community.

You will work with families across Salem, Keizer, Albany, and nearby towns, with paid training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Flexible shifts include days, evenings, nights, and weekends; prior caregiving experience is a plus, and a valid license plus reliable transport are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid license and reliable, insured transportation.
• Pass a background check.
• Caregiving experience (CNA, DSP, DSW) or senior care background is a plus.
• Ability to work Day/Eve/NOC/Overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, errands.
• Provide personal care and mobility assistance as needed.
• Support clients with Alzheimer's/Dementia and follow nurse-delegated tasks.
