Griswold Home Care is hiring experienced caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors across the valley. Roles include hands-on assistance, companionship, and relief for families, with shifts tailored to client needs and promotions based on performance.

We offer competitive pay starting at $18.50–$20.00 per hour for premium 4–6 hour shifts, plus benefits and referral bonuses. Join a team dedicated to quality home care and caregiver welfare.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional senior care setting.
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Pass background check, CPR/First Aid, and TB clearance.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle for client transportation.

• Provide in-home care to seniors, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Assist with activities of daily living and medication reminders.
• Document care provided and report changes to supervisors.

Minimum Requirements:

• All candidates must have 2 years of experience in a professional senior care setting.
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and driven.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Pass a criminal background check, CPR & First Aid, and TB clearance.
• Valid driver's license and excellent communication skills.
• A safe, reliable vehicle to transport your client in.
• Vehicle Insurance and Registration.
