Job summary

Senior Helpers in the Apollo area is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client on a consistent weekday morning schedule. The role emphasizes building meaningful connections and supports individuals with Dementia.

You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, and help with meals, light housekeeping, and errands. Qualified candidates have 3–6 months of care experience, a valid driver's license, and must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• At least 3–6 months of professional or personal experience in home care, caregiving, or related field.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Negative results of either a 2-Step TB Test or TB QuantiFERON Gold Blood Test.
• Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance or nursing assistance is a plus.

• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities

• Maintain a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times
