Job summary

Right at Home Rhome is currently hiring caregivers who help seniors live independently at home. You’ll provide personal care, companionship, and practical support, making a meaningful impact on clients’ daily lives.

We value compassion, reliability, and the ability to communicate clearly in English. A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are preferred, with paid training and opportunities for career growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Clean background check.
• Basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene).
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance.
• Give medication reminders as needed.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands.
• Offer dementia and memory care support and companionship.
