Right at Home in Medford, OR is seeking caring individuals to help seniors stay safe and independent at home. As a Caregiver you’ll provide personal care, companionship, mobility support, light housekeeping, and transport assistance, following care plans and documenting notes in our mobile app.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal prep.
• Provide medication reminders and mobility/transport assistance.
• Follow care plans and document daily notes in the mobile app.
• Communicate effectively with the office team.
