Job summary

You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help with light housekeeping while adhering to care plans and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or related experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Ypsilanti, MI.
• Passion for helping others and a compassionate attitude.
• Willingness to undergo background checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with light housekeeping duties and errands.
• Monitor clients' health and report any concerns to supervisory staff or healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and client progress.
• Follow care plans and company policies to ensure high-quality service.
