Safe Life Private Duty Home Care in Illinois is seeking a dedicated Home Caregiver to assist elders in DuPage County. You will provide in-home support to enhance quality of life and independence, including daily living activities, personal care, and companionship.

The role requires reliable, compassionate individuals with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. CNA preferred; live-in options may be available in some cases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Experience in caregiving, especially with elderly clients, is preferred.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Reliable, compassionate and dedicated to client well-being.

Responsabilités

• Assist with personal care, hygiene and companionship
• Support daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, meal prep, and medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping, run errands and provide transportation as needed
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the healthcare team
• Maintain a safe, positive and supportive home environment

Job Summary

At Safe Life Private Duty Home Care, we are dedicated to serving elders in our community with the goal of preventing rehospitalizations. As a Home Caregiver with our team, you will provide attentive, in-home support to clients in DuPage County, IL. We are seeking compassionate caregivers who are patient, caring, and able to assist with daily activities to enhance the client's quality of life and independence.

Responsibilities
