Job summary

Honor is seeking an In Home Caregiver / Home Care Aide in Orange County to provide one-on-one care for seniors in their homes. Opportunities include part-time and full-time roles with varied shifts across morning, day, evening, overnight, and weekends.

Caregivers support clients with companionship, personal care, mobility, and daily routines, while earning $18.50–$19.25 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits eligibility. Training and 24/7 support are provided.

Qualifications

• 6+ months paid caregiving experience (non-family) or CA CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Commit to at least two weekly shifts with the same client
• Basic English speaking/reading/writing; bilingual encouraged
• Complete compliance, license, or registration requirements

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate care
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom, incontinence)
• Provide mobility support and assist with daily routines per client care needs
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Deliver reliable, consistent in-home care to clients

What you'll do as an In Home Caregiver

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to client homes
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements
