Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one in-home support, helping clients stay safe and comfortable at home. No prior experience is required—we offer paid training and ongoing support for the right individual.

Flexible FT/PT hours are available with weekend shifts required. BAYADA emphasizes compassionate care, reliable service, and transportation to client homes in Manchester and surrounding counties.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of professional home health or patient care experience is preferred/required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable and compassionate with a desire to help others.
• Ability to travel to client homes as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Provide transportation to appointments and run errands for clients.
