Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is hiring CNAs, HHAs, DSPs, PCAs and Caregivers for in-home care assignments in Harrisonville, MO and nearby Peculiar. Roles include part-time hours with PRN/fill-in opportunities, flexible scheduling, and weekly pay.

Support clients 1:1 with daily living activities and health monitoring in home settings. We offer a positive work environment, short commutes when possible, and opportunities to grow within the BAYADA network.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home care settings preferred.
• Compassionate, patient-centered care approach.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Provide light housekeeping and home management support.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Monitor health status and report changes to supervisors.
• Administer basic care tasks as directed and assist with medications.
