Job summary

Right at Home Olympia is hiring Caregivers, CNAs, and HCAs for Flexible full-time and part-time roles in Shelton, WA. Earn competitive pay with bonuses for referrals, paid orientation, and opportunities for advancement while providing in-home care.

Responsibilities include mobility assistance, homemaking, nutrition support, transportation, personal hygiene, medication reminders, and specialized dementia and companion care. A valid driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance and registration.
• Pass a state and national background check.
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mobility Assistance: safely helping with transfers and positioning in the home.
• Homemaking Excellence: safe, sanitary home upkeep including light cleaning and laundry.
• Nutritional Support: meal planning/prep per dietary instructions and hydration goals.
• Transportation & Advocacy: reliable transport for errands and medical appointments.
• Personal Hygiene Care: assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and shaving/perineal care.
• Medication Management: reminders and monitoring for changes in condition.
• Specialized Dementia Care: memory care techniques and cognitive engagement.
• Companion Care: meaningful social interaction and activities.
