Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers to join our team. You will ensure the safety and well-being of clients in their homes, tailor activities to individual interests, provide companionship, and support with daily tasks.

We offer flexible schedules, with full-time, part-time, on-call, and weekend shifts. Competitive pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, plus bonuses for last-minute and weekend fill-ins.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Must be 18+.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated or exemption.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
• Shopping, errands, companionship.
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs
