Job summary

Agape In Home Care seeks dedicated caregivers to provide compassionate in-home care in Spokane and surrounding areas. Care is delivered in clients’ homes with attention to safety, dignity, and client comfort.

Candidates must be able to lift 30 lbs, have 6 months to 1 year of caregiving experience, and hold an active Washington HCA/CNA certification. Flexible scheduling and advancement opportunities are available as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Must arrive on time for shifts and depart on time.
• Flexible with working hours and able to travel between client homes.
• In-home care; provides care within clients' homes and may travel between shifts.
• Ability to perform light housekeeping and assist with groceries.
• Some clients have animals; specify ability to be around animals.
• Mandatory ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Be dedicated and reliable for assigned care shifts.
• Demonstrate longevity and independence within the care community.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Active Washington HCA/CNA certification is required by law.
• 6 months to 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Grocery shopping or client errands are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care within clients' homes.
• Assist with daily living activities and light housekeeping as needed.
• Travel between client homes to provide care.
