Job summary

Visiting Angels of Plano/Lewisville is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide personalized in-home care to seniors in Gainesville, TX and surrounding areas. Must have reliable transportation and be able to reliably arrive for shifts.

Starting pay is $17-$18 per hour with benefits including PTO, a 401(k) plan, and mileage reimbursement. Flexible scheduling and one‑on‑one care in clients’ homes are offered by a team dedicated to safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• At least one year of personal or professional caregiving experience, or an active CNA credential.
• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting as needed.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders or permissible assistance according to care plan.
