WesleyLife in Urbandale, IA is seeking compassionate Caregivers/Home Health Aides for fulltime and PRN in-home positions. You will provide personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, and companionship to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for older adults or individuals at home.
• Ability to perform activities of daily living with compassion.
• Willingness to complete health assessments and screenings as part of pre-employment process.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one personal care tailored to each client’s needs.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders and observe health changes under guidance.
• Support transportation and accompany clients to appointments.
