Home Helpers Home Care of East Peoria is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide in-home support to clients in need. You will collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care plans in the comfort of clients' homes.

This role offers both full-time and part-time schedules, with opportunities across weekdays and weekends. Prior caregiving experience and strong communication are valued, with training provided to ensure safety and dignity.

Formación

• Experience in caregiving or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for helping others and making a positive impact in their lives.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalized care to clients, including assistance with daily activities, companionship, and support for personal hygiene.
• Conduct safety and wellness assessments of clients in their home environments.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare teams to provide updates on care and well-being.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
• Help clients with mobility and physical activities to promote independence.
