Job summary

Chrysalis is seeking a Caregiver to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their own home in North Las Vegas, NV. You will help them become more independent, participate in community activities, and build relationships while gaining experience in the human services field.

The role involves overnight shifts (12am–8am) on a full-time basis, with benefits offered to eligible employees, including PTO, medical/dental/vision, and a 401k.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
• High School diploma or GED (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Teach an individual how to cook a meal.
• Aid in budgeting and planning.
• Model appropriate behaviors.
• Attend activities such as movies, bowling, car rides, zoo visits, sporting events, video games, etc.
• Help the individuals stay physically active and exercise.

Our caregivers gain valuable experience in the human services field and will be given many opportunities to advance within the organization.

We are hiring full time grave positions. These shifts are a variance of 12am-8am.
