Job summary

Seniors Helping Seniors KC North is seeking a part-time in-home caregiver to provide non-medical support and companionship to seniors in the Kansas City Northland. You will assist with daily tasks, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care while building meaningful relationships with clients and their families.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of healthcare-related experience, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Salary range shown: $16–$18 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support to seniors in their homes.
• Assist with daily tasks, light housekeeping, meal prep and personal care.
• Engage clients in conversation, activities, and light recreation.
• Maintain accurate records of care and services provided.
• Collaborate with other caregivers and Care Managers to ensure seamless support.

Job Summary:

• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care
• Engage in conversation, play games, or watch movies with clients to promote mental and emotional well-being
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
• Collaborate with other caregivers and Care Managers to ensure seamless client support

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• 1 year of experience in healthcare or a related field
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• $16 - $18 HOURLY competitive pay rate
