Seniors Helping Seniors Ozarks in Springfield, MO is hiring in-home caregivers to provide companionship and homemaker support to seniors in their homes. You will help with daily tasks, errands, meals, and transportation, delivering compassionate care with reliability.

The role emphasizes empathy, strong communication with clients and staff, and a flexible schedule that fits meaningful, lasting relationships with those you serve.

Responsibilities

• Provide Companionship
• Assist with Light Housekeeping such as laundry, vacuuming, washing dishes, etc…
• Shopping and Errands
• Meal Preparation
• Medication Reminders
• Pet Care
• Light Yard Work
• Light Handyman Services
• Overnight Supervision
• Incidental Transportation to doctor’s appointments, family, or their favorite restaurant
• Assist with Dressing
• Assist with Feeding
• Assist with Showering / Bathing
• Mobility Assistance
• Assist with Toileting / Incontinence
• Memory Care
• Arrive on Time for all Services
• Maintain documentation of all services provided
• Record and report changes in the client’s physical condition, behavior, or appearance to our office staff
• Communicate regularly and proactively with our office staff
• Participate in relevant in-service opportunities and other informational meeting when possible
• Clock in and out using our care management system
