Job summary

Home Instead, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking compassionate caregivers for full-time or part-time positions in the St.Cloud area and surrounding communities.

The role includes companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and helping with daily living activities, including specialized Alzheimer’s care. Starting pay ranges from $17 to $19 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package, including health plans with dental, a 401(k), paid training, and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year direct patient care experience required (CNA preferred).
• Weekend availability and open availability 7 days a week.
• Must comply with Minnesota regulations, DMV checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with activities of daily living and light housekeeping.
• Prepare meals and help with errands and transportation to appointments.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor health needs.
• Support individuals with Alzheimer’s/Dementia care when needed.
