Always Best Care Chicagoland is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and independent at home in the Flossmoor, IL area. We provide non-medical in-home care with paid training, weekly pay, and flexible hours.

Join a team that values kindness, reliability, and excellent client service. Responsibilities include daily living assistance, mobility support, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and adhering to care plans.

Formación

• One year of caregiving experience or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to work in the USA.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and reliable timing.
• Able to handle housekeeping tasks and basic cooking.
• Must be very reliable and flexible for full-time or part-time shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide medication reminders and assist with mobility and daily activities.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene and accompany clients to appointments.
• Support clients with prescribed exercises and light physical therapy.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.
• Assist with errands and shopping when required.
• Report incidents to the care coordinator and follow care plans.
• Act promptly in emergencies and ensure client safety.
