Job summary

ComForCare Home Care - Richmond/Glen Allen is seeking compassionate, reliable individuals to provide in-home care services. You will assist clients with daily living, mobility, meals, hygiene, and light housekeeping while offering companionship and support in a client’s home.

We offer flexible scheduling, onboarding, weekly direct pay, and opportunities for local placements. Prior caregiving is helpful but not required; background screening will be completed.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong willingness to care for and support others.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide reminders for medications as directed
• Assist clients with walking and general movement in the home
• Support personal hygiene and daily care needs
• Prepare simple meals and snacks
• Complete light cleaning and tidying tasks
• Offer companionship and emotional support through conversation
• Help clients with everyday household routines
