Right at Home Fremont is hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors in Fremont, Union City, Newark, and Hayward. Earn $19–$20 per hour with flexible 4–10 hour day shifts, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and benefits like paid sick leave and uniform.

Caregivers provide personal care, mobility help, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and transport to appointments. Training and ongoing support are offered through Right at Home University and free CEUs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience.
• Genuine compassion for older adults.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Valid HCA license and TB screening.
• Reliable transportation is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions.
• Follow personalized care plans and communicate with team as needed.
