Job summary

Family and Friends Homecare in Denver, CO is seeking caring and responsible caregivers to work 1:1 with clients in their homes. The posted shifts are Monday 11am-3pm, Tuesday 11am-5pm, and Thursday 12pm-5pm, with a flexible 6-hour shift across four days.

We train you (paid training) and emphasize treating employees and clients like family and friends. Duties include meal prep, ADL assistance, light housekeeping, and companionship.

Qualifications

• Background check required: no theft or violent crimes in the past 7 years.
• Must be able to communicate in the English language.
• Must have good listening skills.
• Must love helping seniors and those in need.
• Must have a reliable means of arriving to your scheduled shifts on time.

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation.
• Assistance with activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, bathing, etc.
• Light housekeeping such as vacuuming common areas, light dusting, cleaning bathrooms as needed. Laundry and bed making.
• Companionship- playing games- doing puzzles, watching a movie, etc.
