Job summary

Home Instead, Inc. is seeking Care Professionals to provide in-home care in Mentor, OH. You will build meaningful relationships with seniors, offer companionship, assist with daily activities and essential personal care, and help ensure a safe home environment.

No prior experience is required—comprehensive training is provided. We offer flexible scheduling (part-time, full-time, overtime, night shifts, weekends) with competitive pay starting at $17.00–$20.00 per hour and a full benefits package

Qualifications

• A caring heart and a passion for helping others.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors through companionship and conversation.
• Assist with daily activities such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and running errands.
• Provide personal care support, including assistance with dressing, grooming, and bathing (if needed).
• Ensure client safety and well-being in their home environment.
• Accurately document care notes and communicate effectively with your team and supervisor.
