Extended Family Home Care LLC is hiring caregivers, PCAs, and LNAs for in-home care in Southern New Hampshire and coastal Maine. You will provide one-on-one support to seniors in their homes, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent.

Positions offer flexible scheduling with options including weekday, weekend, overnight, and live-in shifts; benefits include medical/dental/401(k), and ongoing training with mentorship for career growth.

Qualifications

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Document care in daily log and maintain health records
• Have reliable transportation for client visits

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with dressing, bathing, grooming, mobility
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation
• Provide medication reminders (non-medical)
• Document care in a daily log (health, wellbeing, activities)
