Extended Family Home Care is hiring Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCA), and Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA) for in-home care positions in Southern New Hampshire and Coastal Maine. Excellent opportunity for flexible shifts, supportive team, and growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Open availability strongly preferred; must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Experience in caregiver or similar roles is a plus.
• PCA/LNA experience is a bonus if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and mobility.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation.
• Provide non-medical medication reminders and document care in a daily log.
