Qualifications

• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• CNA/Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and meals preparation.
• Provide companionship and transportation support as needed.
• Support clients with medications reminders and safety routines.
• Follow care plans, safety protocols and PPE guidelines.
