Trail Ridge Home Care in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Home Care Caregiver to help seniors stay independent at home with compassionate, personalized support. We offer flexible scheduling, including part‑time and PRN shifts, and pay between $16.00 and $18.00 per hour with experience credit.

As a Home Care Caregiver, you will provide companionship and personal care, assist with daily living activities, follow individualized care plans, and build trusting relationships with clients and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and committed to quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and personal care to seniors in their homes.
• Support routines and care needs promoting physical, mental, and social well-being.
• Assist clients in maintaining or achieving independence.
• Follow individualized care plans for each client.
• Assist with daily living activities and medically focused care as assigned.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Communicate with office staff to support personalized care plans.
