Job summary

Right at Home is seeking a compassionate in-home caregiver to assist seniors and vulnerable adults in Medford and surrounding Rogue Valley communities.

Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, mobility support, safety supervision, and accurate documentation via our mobile app. A background check is required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Compassion, reliability and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Give medication reminders.
• Support mobility and transportation as needed.
• Ensure safety and document daily care notes in the app.
• Coordinate with the office team for care updates.
