Job summary

Visiting Angels is seeking compassionate caregivers to support older adults in their own homes in Sheboygan, WI. You will provide companionship, assist with daily activities, and help maintain independence with personalized care.

We welcome both experienced caregivers and newcomers. Benefits include paid training, ongoing education, and 24/7 support. Competitive wages start at $16–$18 per hour with flexible schedules and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Reliable attendance and dependability
• Compliance with Wisconsin requirements including DMV check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal prep
• Provide medication reminders
• Help with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s or dementia as trained
• Communicate respectfully with clients and families
