Home Helpers Home Care is seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers to provide daily living assistance in and around Montrose, PA. Join a team that values meaningful work and strong relationships with clients and their families.

We offer flexible schedules (full-time and part-time), paid training, and opportunities for advancement. Starting pay begins at $15 per hour with weekly pay and direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
• Have current auto insurance.
• Be able to pass a background check and meet all employment requirements.
• Have a smartphone and access to email/internet.
• Value client confidentiality and ethical care.

Responsibilities

• Provide caring, dependable companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal hygiene (bathing, toileting, etc.).
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Follow a personalized care plan and communicate with the client’s family and our team.
• Help create supportive solutions for each client’s unique needs.
